Nous étudions le partenariat entre médiateur de musée et accompagnateur du public à inclure. Ce travail est tiré de notre thèse sur l'inclusion dans les musées des beaux-arts. Nous avons constaté que cette co-construction se développe dans de nombreux musées afin d&#8217;intégrer de petits groupes de publics, mais selon nous, cela ne constitue encore qu&#8217;une étape vers l&#8217;inclusion et l'universalité d&#8217;une médiation. Au-delà du rôle de médiateur, travaillant en co-construction avec ces accompagnateurs, nous proposons la création d'un nouveau métier hybride : le remédiateur. S&#8217;adressant à tous les publics fragilisés (autonomes ou avec accompagnateur) et à tous les publics, ce professionnel permettrait de créer une inclusion au-delà d'accueils spécifiques réservés : nous visons la constitution d&#8217;un public universel.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo A fim de questionar os conhecimentos e as competências exigidas aos mediadores, analisamos o aspeto social desta profissão e o seu papel na inclusão de públicos com problemáticas médicas e/ou sociais. Estudamos a parceria entre o mediador do museu e a pessoa que acompanha o público a incluir. Este trabalho baseia-se na nossa tese sobre a inclusão em museus de belas-artes. Observámos que esta co-construção está a desenvolver-se em muitos museus para integrar pequenos grupos de público, mas, na nossa opinião, isto é apenas um passo em direção à inclusão e à mediação universal. Para além do papel de mediador, trabalhando em co-construção com estes acompanhadores, propomos a criação de uma nova profissão híbrida: o remediador. Dirigido a todos os públicos fragilizados (autónomos ou com acompanhamento) e a todos os públicos, este profissional contribuiria para criar uma inclusão para além dos espaços de acolhimento específicos e reservados: o nosso objetivo é criar um público universal.]]></p></abstract>
