Com a disseminação da pandemia da COVID-19, o professor do ensino básico participou de uma atividade diferenciada de aperfeiçoamento profissional denominada &#8220;tele e rádio aulas&#8221; emitidas pela Televisão Pública de Angola (TPA) e pela Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA). Desta forma, informações coletadas indicam que, por ter um caráter prático, as tele e rádio aulas contribuíram para a melhoria da atuação docente do professor do ensino básico, isto é, o professor passou a recorrer regularmente ao apoio tutorial de profissionais de educação e a atividade reflexiva para o aperfeiçoamento das suas competências didático-pedagógicas resultando na melhoria de competências, como organização e contextualização dos conteúdos de ensino à realidade do aluno e maior conhecimento das orientações metodológicas das disciplinas do ensino básico.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This action approach study analysed how TV and Radio broadcasting classes influenced primary school teachers continuing professional development. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Angolan Ministry of Education offered its primary school teachers an opportunity to attend a distance continuing professional development activity through the Angolan Public Television (TPA) and Angolan National Radio (RNA). The study concluded that TV and Radio broadcasting classes' practical aspects improved significantly primary teachers&#8217; procedures, such as content organization, content contextualization, and following classroom methodological approach. In addition to that, the study also showed that teacher support and guidance allowed primary school teachers to reflect on their pedagogical skills.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resúmen Este estudio cualitativo, con énfasis en la metodología Investigación - Acción, está destinado a comprender el impacto de las clases de tele y radio en el desarrollo profesional de los maestros. Durante la propagación de la pandemia COVID-19, el maestro participó en una actividad de desarrollo profesional denominada &#8220;clases de tele y radio&#8221; transmitidas en la Televisión Pública de Angola (TPA) y Radio Nacional de Angola (RNA). La información recolectada indica, que el carácter práctico del proyecto ayudó en la mejora de la enseñanza de la práctica docente del maestro, es decir, el maestro pasó a utilizar el apoyo de profesionales de educación para reflectir en el desarrollo de sus habilidades didáctico-pedagógicas resultando en competencias de organización y contextualización de los contenidos docentes a la realidad del alumno y mayor conocimiento de las orientaciones metodológicas de las asignaturas mejoradas.]]></p></abstract>
