O presente estudo foca-se na formação do pedagogo dentro da profissão, em contexto não formal. O objetivo é apresentar reflexões a partir de experiências da profissão em uma Organização da Sociedade Civil que atende crianças e adolescentes socialmente vulneráveis, em Curitiba, Brasil. Um dos autores é a interlocutora das reflexões que foram fundamentadas nas produções de António Nóvoa (2006, 2009, 2017). A análise teve como base registros de um diário de trabalho. Os resultados indicam a necessidade de formação diferenciada do pedagogo para atuar em espaços não formais. A universidade precisa olhar para além dos seus muros e compreender o seu verdadeiro papel social. Com a experiência não formal, confirma-se que a verdadeira formação se aprende dentro da profissão, na interação com os sujeitos aprendentes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Graduating is a path that entails several stages, in a permanent exercise. For the present study, it focused on the formation of the Pedagogue within the profession, in a non-formal context. The objective is to present reflections based on the profession's experiences, in a Civil Society Organization that serves socially vulnerable children and adolescents, in Curitiba, Brazil. One of the authors is the interlocutor of the reflections, which were based on the productions of António Nóvoa (2006, 2009, 2017). The analysis was based on records from a work diary. The results indicate the need for a differentiated formation of the Pedagogue to work in non-formal spaces. The University needs to look beyond its walls and understand its true social role. With non-formal experience, it is confirmed that true training is learned within the profession, in interaction with learning subjects.]]></p></abstract>

Para el presente estudio, se centró en la formación del pedagogo dentro de la profesión, en un contexto no formal. El objetivo es presentar reflexiones basadas en las experiencias de la profesión, en una Organización de la Sociedad Civil que atiende a niños y adolescentes socialmente vulnerables, en Curitiba, Brasil. Uno de los autores es la interlocutora de las reflexiones, que se basaron en las producciones de António Nóvoa (2006, 2009, 2017). El análisis se basó en registros de un diario de trabajo. Los resultados indican la necesidad de una formación diferenciada del pedagogo para trabajar en espacios no formales.
