Por meio da análise de perguntas registradas pelos alunos ao longo do ano letivo, é possível observar como a proposta didática baseada nas abordagens plurais contribuiu para o despertar e para o fortalecimento de atitudes positivas dos alunos em relação à diversidade linguística e cultural. Com base em descritores do CARAP, o artigo mostra como as 44 perguntas registradas pelos alunos são indícios de interesse, curiosidade, estima e abertura dos pré-adolescentes às línguas do mundo. Também se discute a pertinência desse tipo de prática pedagógica no contexto educacional brasileiro.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This paper presents a detailed explanation about two results successfully achieved by applying pluralistic approaches with 41 Brazilian middle-school students (6th grade) from disadvantaged backgrounds. Throughout the academic year, students brought several questions that were noted in a proper file. Analyzing these questions, it is observed that the didactic proposal, based on pluralistic approaches, contributed to the awakening and strengthening of students' positive attitudes towards linguistic and cultural diversity. Based on FREPA descriptors, this paper shows how the 44 questions noted by students are indicative signs of interest, curiosity, valorization and openness of pre-adolescents to the languages of the world. The relevance of this type of pedagogical practice in the Brazilian educational context is also discussed.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Ese artículo presenta los hallazgos de un proyecto de éveil aux langues e intercomprensión realizado en una escuela brasileña con 41 alumnos preadolescentes de espacios socioeconómicos desfavorecidos. Por medio del análisis de preguntas hechas por los alumnos al largo del año escolar, se pudo observar que la propuesta didáctica de los abordajes plurales contribuyó al despertar y al fortalecimiento de actitudes positivas de los estudiantes en relación a la diversidad lingüística y cultural. Basado en descriptores del CARAP, el artículo muestra como las 44 preguntas registradas por los preadolescentes indican interés, curiosidad, estima y abertura a las lenguas del mundo.
