Os ambientes assumem-se como locais potencialmente promotores da saúde dos seus trabalhadores, onde o nutricionista através da sua intervenção poderá contribuir para a melhoria dos comportamentos alimentares dos trabalhadores e consequentemente do seu estado de saúde.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The current outlook for workplaces stems from developments in the area of occupational safety and health. These environments are assumed to be places that potentially promote their workers&#8217; health, and where intervention of the nutritionist, can contribute to the improvement of workers' eating behaviours and consequently their health status.]]></p></abstract>
