The project goal is to provide decision makers and city planners with landscape-oriented strategies capable of improving the territorial resilience vis-a-vis climate change impacts in the next decades. The research focuses on the construction of future alternative scenarios on a 2100 horizon. From their comparison, a short-term vision (2050) open to alternative developments has been designed. The study provides an overall view, on a municipal scale, of the main adaptation actions that can be implemented; then, it tests their potential effectiveness on smaller case-studies illustrating some recurring landscape units of the territory.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resúmen La contribución presenta los resultados de un proyecto de investigación llevado a cabo en el marco principal del &#8220;Plan de Acción de Energía Sostenible y Clima&#8221; para el municipio de Ravenna, uno de los signatarios del &#8220;Pacto de alcaldes por el clima y la energía&#8221;. El objetivo del proyecto es proporcionar a los tomadores de decisiones y urbanistas estrategias orientadas al paisaje capaces de mejorar la resiliencia territorial frente a los impactos del cambio climático en las próximas décadas. La investigación se centra en la construcción de escenarios alternativos futuros en un horizonte de 2100. A partir de su comparación, se ha diseñado una visión a corto plazo (2050) abierta a desarrollos alternativos. El estudio ofrece una visión global, a escala municipal, de las principales acciones de adaptación que se pueden implementar; luego, prueba su efectividad potencial en estudios de casos más pequeños que ilustran algunas unidades de paisaje recurrentes del territorio.]]></p></abstract>
