<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.pt/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2184-30232021000100031&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.pt/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2184-30232021000100031&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.pt/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2184-30232021000100031&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo  Introdução: Acompanhando o aumento do número de artroplastias totais do joelho e a exponencial utilização das novas tecnologias, por parte da população em geral, apresenta-se o desenvolvimento de uma solução tecnológica, via APP, que permite melhorar o conhecimento, aumentar a literacia em saúde, possibilitar uma adequada capacitação pré-operatória e recuperação pós-operatória.  Método: Construção de um programa de reabilitação digital, acompanhado de canal comunicacional e monitorização para pessoas submetidas a artroplastia total do joelho desde o pré-operatório até às primeiras seis semanas do pós-operatório.  Resultados esperados: Uma eficaz preparação pré-operatória e consciencialização da real recuperação, funcionalidade e expectativas pós-operatórias, através de recomendações, estratégias e técnicas, fornecidas ao longo do programa. Acompanhar o desempenho e receber feedback à medida que a aplicação é usada pelos participantes através das suas respostas a questionários e formulários. A identificação precoce de sinais e sintomas, permitirá a atempada deteção e monitorização de complicações pós-operatórias com o objetivo de diminuir a taxa de infeções e reinternamentos.  Conclusão: Os cuidados de saúde aliados à tecnologia, permitem reduzir as barreiras geográficas, aproximar a saúde das populações e desta forma prepará-las para uma proveitosa transição no processo saúde/doença.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Introduction: In line with the increase in the number of total knee replacement arthroplasties and the exponential use of new technologies by the general population, the development of a technological solution, by APP, which improves knowledge, as also increase literacy in health, enable adequate preoperative training and postoperative recovery.  Method: Framing of a digital rehabilitation program, under a communication channel of monitoring people who have undergone total knee arthroplasty from the preoperative period up to the first six weeks after surgery.  Expected results: An effective preoperative preparation and awareness of the real recovery, functionality and postoperative expectations, through recommendations, strategies and techniques, provided throughout the program. Track performance and feedback recovery as the application is used by participants through their responses to questionnaires and forms. The early identification of signs and symptoms, will allow the timely detection and monitoring of postoperative complications in order to reduce the rate of infections and readmissions.  Conclusion: Health care combined with technology, allows to reduce geographical barriers, bring health closer to the population and in this way prepare them for an advantageous transition in the health / disease process.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen  Introducción: Acompañando el aumento del número de artroplastias totales de rodilla y el uso exponencial de las nuevas tecnologías por parte de la población en general, el desarrollo de una solución tecnológica, vía APP, que mejora el conocimiento, aumenta la alfabetización en salud, posibilita un adecuado entrenamiento preoperatorio y recuperación postoperatoria.  Método: Construcción de un programa de rehabilitación digital, acompañado de un canal de comunicación y seguimiento para personas sometidas a artroplastia total de rodilla desde el preoperatorio hasta las primeras seis semanas del postoperatorio.  Resultados esperados: Una preparación preoperatoria eficaz y conocimiento de la recuperación real, funcionalidad y expectativas postoperatorias, a través de recomendaciones, estrategias y técnicas, proporcionadas a lo largo del programa. Realice un seguimiento del rendimiento y reciba comentarios a medida que los participantes utilizan la aplicación a través de sus respuestas a cuestionarios y formularios. La identificación temprana de signos y síntomas, permitirá la detección y seguimiento oportunos de las complicaciones postoperatorias con el fin de reducir la tasa de infecciones y reingresos.  Conclusión: El cuidado de la salud combinado con la tecnología, permite reducir las barreras geográficas, acercar la salud a la población y así prepararla para una transición fructífera en el proceso salud / enfermedad.]]></p></abstract>
