<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.pt/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2184-77702022000500023&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.pt/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2184-77702022000500023&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.pt/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2184-77702022000500023&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo: A título de pesquisa literária, integração de resultados e levando em consideração que existem poucas investigações que contemplem o estudo das dificuldades voltadas ao déficit de leitura no ensino superior, torna-se necessário investigar o tema, de modo a favorecer a compreensão das dificuldades que pessoas com déficit de leitura vivenciam no contexto universitário. Busca-se também entender como o preconceito se apresenta em relação a esses estudantes, além de refletir sobre o papel da universidade na manutenção e/ou transformação de práticas sociais que predispõem esses sujeitos ao preconceito, sob forma da discriminação, marginalização e segregação. Como método de pesquisa, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, em que foi desenvolvida uma revisão integrativa da literatura, nas bases de dados Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO), utilizando-se os descritores preconceito e déficit de leitura em sujeitos universitários. Foram localizados 33 artigos e após a avaliação crítica dos respectivos e verificação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão previamente estabelecidos, foram selecionados e analisados 28 artigos científicos como base de desenvolvimento dessa pesquisa. Assim, as conclusões desses achados corroboram que, dentre as diversas dificuldades que podem ser reverberadas na vida do sujeito com dificuldades de aprendizagem no campo da leitura, o processo de exclusão social e o devido impacto do preconceito podem potencializar negativamente ainda mais as condutas do processo de aprendizagem com respectivos atrasos no campo, assumindo assim, que a condição corporal e/ou intelectual desses sujeitos é algo que supõe e/ou os definem como menos capazes do restante da população geral, trazendo diversos prejuízos emocionais, sendo esses prejuízos tanto no campo acadêmico, como o campo social.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: As a literary research and considering that there are few investigations that contemplate the study of the difficulties related to the reading deficit in higher education, it is necessary to investigate the subject, in order to favor the understanding of the difficulties that people with reading deficits experience in the university context. As a research method, qualitative research was carried out, in which an integrative review of the literature was developed, in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) databases, using the descriptors prejudice and reading deficit in university students. Thirty-three articles were located and after critical evaluation and verification of the previously established inclusion and exclusion criteria, 28 articles were selected and analyzed. Thus, the conclusions corroborate that, among the several difficulties that can be reverberated in the life of the subject with learning difficulties in the field of reading, the process of social exclusion and the due impact of the one aimed at prejudice can further enhance the conduct of the learning process with respective delays, thereby, assuming that the body and/or intellectual condition of these subjects is something that assumes and/or defines them as less capable than the rest of the general population.]]></p></abstract>
