This paper presents a methodology for gaining response scenarios in the framework of decision to the surface water resources management in the Guadiana River Basin. The results are based on the spatial distribution of relevant variables and their constraints on geographical distribution. To this purpose, mapping the balance between supply and demand of this natural resource, it identifies the main pressures and points to hypothetical appearance of conflicts among alternative uses. Through its results is summarized reality and evaluates the environmental soundness of the spatial distribution of decisions. One of their main results is the cartography of prospective about the balance between supply and demand of water resources. Finally, three scenarios are created according to the baseline situation, the year of 2011.
