We have designed the Sportive Cooperation Questionnaire, and we applied it to a population of 98 team players, with different ages and play level.

The results shown a clear division between three types of players: ccoperatives, no-coperatives, and followers, and in distinct proportions in each team; the results shown also that the goal cooperation is formed by the composition of the situational cooperation (in and out the game field), and the dispositional cooperation (with the coach or with the rest of the players). We discuss these results in order to the theory of the cooperation and we proposed several aplications and interventions.
