Abstract

BARRIO DE MENDOZA, Mihaela Radulescu de. God in Nature: The initiator y journey of Harr y Chavez. Estúdio [online]. 2014, vol.5, n.10, pp.110-117. ISSN 1647-6158.

Harry Chávez (Lima, 1977), Peruvian painter graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, gives form in his works to a cosmogony of the vital unity of existence, inspired by the Amazonian vision. To express it, interacted visual codes of pre-Colombian and Catholic cultures, the urban graph and Amazon representation of the cosmos. Myth, magic and religion join in the search of the sacred in a here-and-now that is generated on the foundations of the fusion of signs and expressive techniques, for the representation of the vitality of a world in permanent creation where God is the absolute awareness.

Keywords : Semiotics; enunciation; narrative; discourse; cosmos.
