DIAS, Franciele da Rocha and FARIA, Claudia Maria Petry de. THE WORKING DAY IN THE TIME OF COVID-19. Revista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito [online]. 2020, n.11, pp.541-556. Epub Dec 18, 2020. ISSN 2183-6396. https://doi.org/10.19135/revista.consinter.00011.26.
The present work aims to analyze the new model of work at the time of Covid-19. The present study points out the changes suffered in labor relations, as well as observing, in a more accurate way, which forms are being designed or used for the better use of workers. With that, it will be observed that teleworking has presented itself as an important factor for the maintenance of employment and income, as well as to keep the economy active and not stagnant. To this end, a bibliographic and documentary research was carried out, as a way to understand the impacts of Covid-19 on human relations and, especially on labor relations. Finally, the need to adapt the entire society to a new employment reality will be observed.
