Abstract

This article shows main analysis about changes that have taken place within labor around the world over the last three decades. It notices the influence over the unions’ work in developed countries. It tries to understand unions’ movements - regarding one part of the labor relationship - by reorganizing themselves within a scenario in which the importance of international union cooperation activities grew. It shows organizations of international union cooperation changed by increasing their influence in Brazil. Economically speaking, in order to understand how companies take decisions at national and international level, one must know about union movements.
