Abstract
CREMADES, Betlem Cuesta and PEIRO, Àngela Lorena Fuster. Inhabiting friendship, resisting precariousness. Friends in precarious times. Ex aequo [online]. 2010, n.22, pp.11-126. ISSN 0874-5560.
The article's purpose is to analyze the intersection between the concept of precariousness and the concept of friendship. First, we report some key stages of the emergence of the concept of precariousness determined by the development of the social movements of resistance to the neoliberal logic and policies. Second, we suggest a reflection on friendship as a kind of relationship that gives rise to common thinking and acting. Finally, we analyze the specific conditions of precariousness hampering the possibility of having experience of the common and creating alliances of friends.
