Resumen

MISHIMA-SANTOS, Viviane; RENIER, Fabrício  y  STICCA, Marina. Teleworking and worker’s health and well-being: systematic review. Psic., Saúde & Doenças [online]. 2020, vol.21, n.3, pp.865-877.  Epub 31-Dic-2020. ISSN 1645-0086.  https://doi.org/10.15309/20psd210327.

Teleworking is a flexible method of working, which is being adopted in Brazil and around the world for the last years. The aim of this study is to systematize and assess worldwide scientific productions about the teleworking impact on worker’s health and well-being. After the selection and refinement of articles published in the Pepsic, Scielo, Redalyc and PsycINFO (APA) databases in the period 2002-2017, considering the PRISMA criteria, 17 studies were selected. Data was classified by themes: Health (Mental and Physiological), Quality of Work Life, Satisfaction and Well-being. A lower number of publications comprising health and teleworking were observed, when compared to various others aspects covered by studies about this subject-matter. Our results show that a less time for commuting higher flexibility, more autonomy and the managers' support have a positive impact in workers' health. By the same token, the lack of social interaction has a negative impact, although it can be avoided with due intervention.

Palabras clave : Telework; health; well-being; systematic review.
