In this article, the author analyzes the problematic of the emergency conditions of the sense of death in Elda Di Malio's painting. To this end, the research focused on symbolic devices that address the precariousness of the subject, to signify it from an existential-oriented reflection, as liberation from the emptiness and from the pain of finitude. The analysis goes in search of the meanings of the created universe, from his expression to his principle of immanence.
